Downloading Emulators is not illegal. However downloading Roms is. The only way to obtain these roms legally is to own the actual game cart. | However, there is a 24 hour evaluation period, in which you can keep the rom for, but you must delete after 24 hours. Of course, none of you are going to pay attention to this anyway, so just go ahead and try to get away with this. But remember, the Vampyres are watching.
